What about events that can encourage young people to go
on a stage? Events that might bring new possibilities?
Hip Hop might even be rewarded by the Norwegian Cultural
Council with a few hundred thousand to equipment,
materials, palm trees, ramps and tunnels! We let the youth
have the space, come build their future here.
A place where hey can hang around doing creative things.
I am sure they will do a better job than some of us, and
surely better than all the angry, slow people that are
controlling the bags of money in this country. Let youth
have a space where they can do what they want and feel
like home and meet their peers in mind and action. Set
other elements free, like it has been done for the grafitti
culture.
YOUTH ART, or something in that sound. A sort of creative
landscape with many tables and good social possibilities. A
tolerant environment where the people from the street
feel they just can go inside and take part…
